Educare Skill Academy, a proprietorship business located at Bardhhaman, Golapbag, Saratpally Near by Kidzee School, Pin 713104, West Bengal, and owned by Krishna Ghosh (collectively, "the Company"), provides placement services, career counseling, and coaching services to its clients. The following policy applies to all services provided by the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Payment for all services provided by the Company is non-refundable, except in cases where the Company fails to provide the services for which a client has paid. In such cases, the Company will refund the full amount paid by the client.

2. Exceptions

No refunds will be given for services that have been fully rendered and completed. This includes, but is not limited to, placement assistance, career counseling, and coaching services.

3. Change of Mind

If a client changes their mind about a service, no refund will be provided. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests for services that have been fully rendered or for any service for which payment has been received.

4. Cancellation of Services

In the event that a client cancels a service, no refund will be provided. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests for services that have been fully rendered or for any service for which payment has been received.

5. Failed Service Provision

If the Company fails to provide the services for which a client has paid, the client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. This includes, but is not limited to, placement assistance, career counseling, and coaching services.

6. Scope of Services

The Company offers placement services to assist registered students in finding employment. The Company's role is limited to arranging interviews between registered students and potential employers. The Company is not responsible for any aspect of the employment relationship, including but not limited to salary, hours of work, working conditions, or any other terms of employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the placement services, career counseling, or coaching services provided. The Company shall not be responsible for any harm, injury, or damages sustained by clients during their journey to the workplace or during their employment.

8. Confidentiality

The Company shall keep confidential all information received from clients during the course of providing services. This information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the client, except as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the client and the Company will make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the parties may seek resolution through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the services provided by the Company after such modification shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the Company and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13. Acceptance of Policy

By using the services of the Company, clients acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
