Terms & Conditions

Educare Skill Academy, a proprietorship business located at Bardhaman, Golapbag, Saratpally Near by Kidzee School, Pin 713104, West Bengal, and owned by Krishna Ghosh (collectively referred to as “the Company”), provides placement services, career counseling, and coaching services to its clients. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by the Company unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

1. Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made for the Company’s services are non-refundable, except in instances where the Company fails to deliver the specific service for which the client has paid. In such cases, the Company will issue a full refund of the paid amount.
2. Exceptions: No refunds shall be issued for services that have been fully rendered or completed. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as placement assistance, career counseling, and coaching programs.
3. Change of Mind: If a client chooses to discontinue or withdraw from a service after payment, no refund will be provided. The Company retains the right to decline refund requests for services that have been partially or entirely delivered.
4. Cancellation of Services: In the event of a client-initiated cancellation, the Company will not issue any refund. Clients are advised to carefully consider their decision before confirming and paying for any service.
5. Failed Service Provision: If the Company is unable to provide the services for which a client has paid, the client will be entitled to a full refund. This clause applies to services such as placement assistance, career counseling, and coaching where no service has been rendered.
6. Scope of Services: The Company’s placement services are designed exclusively to facilitate interviews between registered students and potential employers. The Company’s role is limited to arranging interviews and does not extend to influencing or guaranteeing employment terms such as salary, job duration, working hours, or conditions of employment.
7. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services. This includes, but is not limited to, errors, omissions, or outcomes of placement, counseling, or coaching services. The Company is not accountable for any incident, injury, or damage occurring during a client’s travel or employment process.
8. Confidentiality: All information shared by clients in connection with the Company’s services will be treated as confidential. The Company will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, both the client and the Company agree to make every reasonable effort to settle the issue amicably. If mutual resolution is not possible, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in West Bengal.
10. Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Company’s services after such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of West Bengal, India.
12. Entire Agreement: This document represents the complete understanding between the client and the Company, superseding all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
13. Acceptance of Policy: By availing any service from Educare Skill Academy, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are enforceable under applicable Indian laws and remain valid unless amended by the Company in writing.
