Job Fair সম্পর্কে Common Questions

Job Fair registration করলে কি job নিশ্চিত?

না। Registration candidate profile capture ও opportunity matching-এর জন্য। Final selection company eligibility, screening, interview, vacancy এবং employer decision-এর উপর নির্ভর করে।

কারা register করতে পারবে?

Available openings অনুযায়ী 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, B.Tech/B.E., Graduate এবং অন্যান্য qualification-এর candidate register করতে পারেন। প্রতিটি company/job-এর eligibility আলাদা হতে পারে।

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech specialization কেন নেওয়া হচ্ছে?

Technical vacancy-তে trade/branch খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। তাই Electrician/Fitter/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/CSE/ECE ইত্যাদি profile অনুযায়ী vacancy shortlist করতে specialization নেওয়া হচ্ছে।

Job Fair-এ কী documents নিয়ে যাব?

Updated resume/CV, photo ID, educational marksheets/certificates, passport-size photo এবং drive team যে additional document জানাবে তা নিয়ে আসুন। Original document জমা দেওয়ার আগে প্রয়োজন ও receipt যাচাই করুন।

Appointment fee দিলে কি selection নিশ্চিত?

না। কোনো fee থাকলে সেটি clearly-described Educare appointment/training/counselling service-এর জন্য। Hiring decision employer-এর এবং payment selection guarantee করে না।

Outstation job-এর জন্য relocation বাধ্যতামূলক?

শুধু সেই vacancy-গুলির ক্ষেত্রে যেখানে job location অন্য রাজ্য/শহরে। Registration form-এ relocation preference দিলে matching team উপযুক্ত vacancy identify করতে সুবিধা পাবে।
