Job Description
TitleDescription
Production SupportOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the production line.
Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of electronic components.
Quality AssuranceCheck and ensure product quality as per company standards.
Report any deviations or defects to the supervisor.
Equipment HandlingMaintain machines in proper working condition.
Follow proper safety and handling procedures while using equipment.
Process ComplianceFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within the workspace.
Team CoordinationWork collaboratively with team members and production leads.
Support continuous improvement and training initiatives.
Required Skills

Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of electronics or manufacturing processes.
Ability to understand simple instructions and operate production tools.
Behavioral SkillsAttention to detail and strong observation skills.
Good communication and teamwork ability.
Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹ 19,128 / month
Take Home (after statutory deductions): ₹ 14,279 / month
Take Home (after hostel deduction): ₹ 13,479 / month

Duty Time: 8 Hours(Rotational Shift)
