Job Description
Title Description
Quality Inspection and Analysis Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and final outputs for quality compliance.

Identify defects and report deviations from quality standards.

Maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all inspection records.
Process Monitoring & Documentation Oversee operational processes to ensure consistent quality control.

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection and test reports.

Verify production procedures to ensure standardization and compliance.
Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address issues.

Report quality concerns promptly to supervisors or managers.

Recommend corrective measures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement Suggest process enhancements based on data analysis.

Assist in training staff to uphold quality standards.

Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
Required Skills

Technical Skills Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.

Ability to use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.

Knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation.
Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Qualification Diploma or Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Science).
Experience Minimum 2 years in Quality Control, Production, or Inspection roles.
Knowledge Understanding of inspection methods, QC tools, and measurement instruments.
Location Must be based in or willing to work in Kolkata.
Availability Must attend the walk-in interview on the specified date and time.
