Job Description
Title Description
Audit and Inspection Work Conduct structural and site audits at different industrial and cement plants.

Inspect site layouts, survey data, and design implementation for quality assurance.

Prepare and submit inspection reports with accurate data and findings.
Field Operations Participate in real-time field operations and data collection.

Carry out on-site measurements and documentation using survey equipment.

Coordinate with plant officials and ensure project compliance.
Travelling and Site Visits Frequent travel to various client sites, cement plants, and factories.

Manage inspection schedules and maintain detailed visit logs.

The company covers travel, hotel, and other necessary expenses.
Documentation and Reporting Record technical findings and submit reports to the project supervisor.

Maintain inspection records, photos, and survey data systematically.
Required Skills

Technical Skills: Knowledge of civil site inspection, field surveying, and documentation.

Understanding of measurement techniques and surveying instruments.

Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
✅ Educational Qualification Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Survey Engineering.
✅ Experience 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
✅ Freshers Fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
✅ Location Flexibility Must be willing to travel and work at outstation sites (various cement plants and factories).
✅ Work Ethics Should be sincere, hardworking, and adaptable to field conditions.
Salary Structure During Training (1 Month):

-Stipend: ₹550 per day
-Benefits: Free food and accommodation provided by the company

After Training:

-Monthly Salary: ₹18,000/- per month

Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
