Salary Structure	Diploma / ITI -> In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 per month -> CTC: ₹22,500 per month -> Annual Bonus: Available -> Durga Puja Bonus: Provided after completion of 1 year with the company -> Settlement Benefit: Approximately ₹1,00,000 after completion of 2 years with the company
Shift	3 Rotational Shifts -> 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM -> 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM -> 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
