Required Skills
Title Description
Basic Technical Knowledge Understanding of general technical operations, machinery, or processes depending on your department (Diploma/ITI in any stream).
Adaptability Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night, general) and adjust to changing schedules.
Teamwork & Collaboration Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily targets.
Communication Skills Clear communication for coordination within teams and reporting to supervisors.
Time Management Punctuality and ability to complete tasks efficiently during assigned shifts.
Willingness to Relocate Must be ready to relocate within the company’s transport grid if required.
Safety Awareness Understanding of workplace safety protocols and adherence to operational guidelines.
Basic Computer Skills Helpful for reporting or documentation (if applicable for your role).

Shift Timings 1st Shift 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
2nd Shift 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
General Shift 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Salary & Benefits CTC ₹22,225/-
Gross Salary ₹19,284/-
Net Salary ₹17,003/-
Canteen Deduction ₹200/-
Attendance Bonus ₹500/-
Night Shift Allowance ₹100 per day
Approx. In-hand Salary ₹18,503/-
Additional Benefits Canteen & transport facility available
Important Points
 Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
