Role Overview

Title	Description
Responsibilities	Assist in daily production and manufacturing operations. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company safety guidelines. Work with production team members to achieve daily production targets. Operate production machinery and equipment under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Support Assembly, Body, Paint, Engine, Production Control, and Quality departments. Report production issues and equipment abnormalities to supervisors. Follow quality standards during manufacturing processes. Participate in technical training under the NAPS apprenticeship program. Ensure workplace discipline and compliance with company policies.

Salary Structure	Year 1 Monthly Stipend: ₹18,000 Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month CTC: ₹2.40 LPA Year 2 Monthly Stipend: ₹18,750 Attendance Bonus: ₹2,250 per month CTC: ₹2.52 LPA Additional Earnings Retention Bonus: ₹10,000 after successful completion of 1st Year Retention Bonus: ₹12,000 after successful completion of 2nd Year Overtime: Not Mentioned Total Earnings Total Package Value: ₹5,14,000 (Upon successful completion of the 2-year NAPS program)
