Job Description
Title Description
For Engineering Graduates Participate in plant maintenance and operation tasks.
Encourage the improvement of processes and quality control.
Work together with the production and engineering teams.
Verify adherence to quality and safety requirements.
Take part in the planning and reporting of the project.
For Those with Diplomas Run and keep an eye on production equipment.
Carry out regular inspections, repairs, and basic upkeep.
Report equipment issues and adhere to operating procedures.
Keep the designated work environment safe and hygienic.
Perform tasks as instructed while being supervised.
Required Skills

Core Strong fundamentals in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Problem-Solving Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Fast Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Communication Abilities Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Other Basic knowledge of industry safety practices.

 No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Diploma Mechanical
Diploma Electrical
B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical
B.E./B.Tech - Electrical

Year of Passing 2023, 2024, or 2025
Marks Minimum 60% marks in all semesters (no backlogs).
Age Limit Preferably below 26 years.
Duty Time 8 Hours
Others Should be medically and physically fit.
