Job Description
Title Description
ATM Installation & Maintenance Responsible for installation and smooth functioning of ATMs, cash recyclers, and self-service kiosks at client sites.
Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in ATM machines.
Preventive Maintenance Conduct routine inspections to minimize breakdowns and ensure uptime of machines.
Customer Support Provide technical assistance and service support to banking clients.
Documentation & Reporting Documentation & Reporting
Compliance & Safety Adhere to company protocols, safety regulations, and security standards.
Team Collaboration Work closely with senior engineers and managers for project execution.
Required Skills

Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of electronics, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.
Computer Skills Familiarity with computer hardware, software installation, and networking.
Problem-Solving Ability Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues quickly.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication for effective client interaction.
Customer Handling Ability to provide professional service and build client trust.
Adaptability Flexible to travel and work in different client locations as per project needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Educational Qualification ITI (Electronics, Electrical, Fitter, Computer Hardware, Mechanic)

Diploma (EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation)

BE/B.Tech (EEE, ECE, CSE, IT, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
Age Limit 18 to 28 years (as per company policy).
Experience Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible.
Additional Requirements Willingness to travel for field-based roles.

Ready to work in rotational shifts if required.

Good physical fitness for handling on-site tasks.

 Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
