Position 1: Injection Moulding Machine Operator	Operate Injection Moulding Machines (manual / semi-automatic / automatic). Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time. Perform mold fixing, clamping, and alignment. Identify and rectify basic defects like short shot, flash, sink marks, and warpage. Conduct basic quality inspection of molded parts. Maintain production records and batch tracking. Follow safety guidelines and 5S practices. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and hot machines.
Position 2: Gold Coin Machine Operator	Operate and handle Gold Coin Manufacturing Machines. Set, operate, and monitor machines and dyes accurately. Ensure proper alignment and smooth operation of machines. Maintain product quality and minimize rejection. Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting. Follow safety and production guidelines strictly.

Required Skills

Position 2: Gold Coin Machine Operator	Machine handling and operational expertise. Good understanding of dyes and tooling. Quality consciousness and precision-focused work approach.

Eligibility Criteria

Position 1: Injection Moulding Machine Operator	Education: Minimum 10th Pass Preferred Qualification: ITI (Plastic Processing / Fitter / Turner / Mechanical) Experience: Fresher: 0–6 months (training provided) Experienced: 1–5 years preferred
Position 2: Gold Coin Machine Operator	Prior experience in operating Gold Coin Machines. Strong knowledge of machine operations and dyes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Advantages	Knowledge of mold maintenance & troubleshooting. Experience with hopper dryers, chillers, robots. ISO / quality documentation knowledge. Experience in LED housing or electrical plastic parts manufacturing.
Working Details (Gold Coin Operator)	Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Salary Details	Gold Coin Machine Operator: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
