Job Description
Title Description
For ITI Holders (Fitter, Electrician, Turner) Operate and maintain basic production machinery.
Assist in the assembly of solar panel components and modules.
Perform wiring, fitting, turning, and routine workshop tasks.
Conduct quality checks on materials and parts before and after processing.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Support technicians and engineers in day-to-day operations.
Participate in on-the-job training for skill development.
For Diploma Holders (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot semi-automated or automated equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and tools.
Work in quality control, production, or maintenance departments.
Maintain production logs and reports under supervisor guidance.
Support the engineering team in implementing process improvements.
Assist in testing, inspection, and documentation of solar modules or components.
Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and operational standards.
For B.Tech / B.E. Graduates (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics – ETC) Analyze production workflows and suggest process optimization.
Supervise operations on the shop floor and monitor team productivity.
Coordinate with quality and production departments to ensure output meets standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Assist with equipment calibration, fault diagnosis, and data-driven maintenance planning.
Collaborate with R&D or design teams for improving manufacturing processes.
Ensure adherence to safety policies, compliance guidelines, and technical SOPs.
Required Skills

Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical, mechanical, or electronic components depending on the discipline.
Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect components, follow technical drawings, and maintain accuracy during assembly or testing.
Teamwork and Coordination: Willingness to work as part of a production or maintenance team and follow instructions from supervisors or engineers.
Problem-Solving Ability: Basic troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving minor faults or issues in machinery or process flow.
Physical Stamina and Safety Awareness: Ability to stand for long hours, lift equipment when required, and adhere to all safety protocols and PPE usage.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand instructions, maintain clear logs, and report faults or issues to the concerned authority.
Willingness to Learn: Adaptable to on-the-job training and eager to grow in the solar manufacturing sector.

Duty Time 8 Hours(3 rotational Shifts)
Note Joining under apprenticeship(NAPS/NATS)
