Job Description
Title Description
Operate and Monitor Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery as per standard guidelines.
Assist Assist in the production, assembly, or quality control departments depending on your qualification and role.
Timely Reporting Ensure timely reporting of equipment faults or abnormalities to supervisors.
Safety Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
Support Support preventive maintenance schedules under the supervision of senior technicians.
Training Participate in regular training and upskilling programs provided by the company.
Maintain Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to shift operations.
Required Skills

Knowledge Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical, or mechanical systems depending on qualification.
Technical Instruction Ability to read and follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
Good Communication Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Shifts Willingness to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments.
Others Attention to detail and focus on safety and quality standards.
Basic understanding of tools, instruments, and machinery used in manufacturing.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification ITI, Diploma, BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
Age Limit Up to 28 Years
Gender Male and Female both eligible
Location Flexibility Must be willing to work in Pune
Important Points
 No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
