Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesOperate machines and assist in composite manufacturing processes.
Maintain product quality standards during production.
Follow all safety and operational guidelines within the plant.
Support senior technicians and supervisors in daily production activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned production targets.
Keep the workplace clean and organized according to company standards.
Required Skills

Ability to handle machinery and tools safely.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Eligibility Criteria
TitleDescription
QualificationHSC (12th pass) or ITI (any trade).
ExperienceFreshers can apply.
Age LimitAs per company norms.
GenderMale/Female both eligible.
Stipend & FacilitiesHSC: ₹16,000/- per month
ITI: ₹16,500/- per month
Facilities: Free Bus & Canteen
Important PointsNo PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
