Job Description

Operate and MonitorOperate and monitor manufacturing machinery as per standard guidelines.
AssistAssist in the production, assembly, or quality control departments depending on your qualification and role.
Timely Reporting Ensure timely reporting of equipment faults or abnormalities to supervisors.
SafetyFollow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
SupportSupport preventive maintenance schedules under the supervision of senior technicians.
TrainingParticipate in regular training and upskilling programs provided by the company.

KnowledgeBasic knowledge of electronics, electrical, or mechanical systems depending on qualification.
Technical Instruction Ability to read and follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
Good CommunicationGood communication and teamwork abilities.

OthersAttention to detail and focus on safety and quality standards.
Basic understanding of tools, instruments, and machinery used in manufacturing.

Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
