Job Description
TitleDescription
Website & Portal ManagementManage, update, and maintain the organization’s main website, online portals, and internal dashboards.
Ensure all web pages are functional, secure, and optimized for speed and user experience.
Regularly publish announcements, events, and updates through the web portal and content management systems (CMS).
Technical AdministrationConfigure, monitor, and maintain web servers, hosting environments, and domain settings.
Manage SSL certificates, DNS configurations, and website backups.
Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
Security & Data IntegrityImplement and monitor website security protocols and access controls.
Prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, or malware attacks.
Conduct regular vulnerability checks and coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams.
Collaboration & IntegrationWork with developers and designers to integrate APIs, hospital management systems, and patient portals.
Coordinate with various departments to update and manage digital forms, reports, and online tools.
Performance Optimization & AnalyticsMonitor website traffic, analytics, and SEO metrics.
Optimize web performance through caching, compression, and efficient data handling.
Generate performance reports and suggest improvements for better visibility and engagement.
Required Skills

Technical SkillsProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and server-side scripting.
Familiarity with SEO optimization, Google Analytics, and Webmaster Tools.
Experience in server management (cPanel, AWS, or cloud-based hosting).
Understanding of web security, SSL setup, and backup protocols.
Soft SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system monitoring.
Good communication and coordination skills with tech and non-tech teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience and reliability.
Eligibility Criteria
TitleDescription
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related field.
Experience:2–5 years of experience in website administration, portal management, or digital infrastructure.
Preferred Background:Experience in managing healthcare websites, academic portals, or enterprise-level CMS platforms is desirable.
