During the Learn & Earn program, selected apprentices will:	Participate in on-the-job training in various manufacturing departments. Learn the fundamentals of production, maintenance, and assembly operations. Work with advanced machinery and automation systems. Assist in quality control, testing, and process improvement. Follow safety protocols and ensure workplace discipline. Participate in continuous learning sessions and skill development workshops. Gain hands-on experience in mechatronic systems, PLC, and basic automation. Maintain reports and documentation of daily tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Passing Marks	Minimum 50% for Males
Age Limit	18 – 23 Years (must be below 23 at time of joining)
Height (Min.)	140 cm (Male)
Weight (Min.)	45 kg (Male)
Medical Fitness	Must be medically fit with no major health issues
Stipend & Benefits	Monthly Stipend: ₹12,751/month (for 8 hours shift, full attendance) Canteen Facility: FREE (Provided by Company) Transportation: ₹250/month only Insurance Coverage: ₹7.5 Lakh (GPA) + ₹1 Lakh (Mediclaim) Uniforms: 3 Sets per Year Safety Gear: Shoes, PPE Kit, etc. provided Leaves: 18 Paid Leaves/Year Holidays: As per company norms Free Certification: Apprentice & Diploma in Mechatronics (NTTF)
