Job Description
Title Description
Purchasing & Vendor Management Source and evaluate potential suppliers for required products and services.

Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve cost efficiency.

Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and contractors.
Material Planning & Inventory Coordination Plan, monitor, and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of required items.
Documentation & Compliance Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and reports accurately.

Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies.

Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Cost Optimization & Market Research Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Regularly review pricing and performance of vendors.

Suggest process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
Required Skills

Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software.

Familiarity with purchase documentation, costing, and budgeting.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification Graduate or Diploma in any stream (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or supply chain roles.
Skills Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Location Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
Interview Availability Must be able to attend the walk-in on the specified date.
