Title Description
Customer Interaction & Lead Generation Making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.

Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products or services.

Maintaining a positive, professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Sales Conversion & Follow-Up Converting leads into confirmed sales through persuasion and clear communication.

Following up on leads, managing customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction.

Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Data Management & Reporting Recording all customer details and interaction outcomes in CRM software.

Preparing sales reports and submitting them to the team leader.
Team Collaboration & Growth Working with marketing and support teams to improve overall conversion rates.

Sharing customer feedback and market insights for business improvement.
Required Skills

Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections confidently.
Sales & Negotiation Skills Strong persuasion and closing abilities.

Understanding of customer needs and offering the right product pitch.
Technical & Organizational Skills Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email communication).

Time management and ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Qualification Graduate or equivalent degree (any stream).
Experience Minimum 2 years in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or similar roles.
Language Skills Fluency in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred).
Availability Must be able to attend the walk-in interview on the specified date.
Location Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
