Job Description
Title Description
Production Operations Operate and monitor production machinery and tools.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality instructions.
Ensure smooth workflow and maintain target output levels.
Wiring Harness Assembly Assemble, connect, and inspect wiring harness components.
Check for defects, damages, or missing connections.
Maintain accuracy and quality in wire crimping, routing, and insulation.
Quality Control Conduct in-process checks to ensure product compliance.
Report defective materials or equipment to supervisors.
Maintain records of inspection and testing results.
Material Handling Receive, store, and issue raw materials or components as required.
Maintain proper labeling and identification of parts.
Ensure zero material loss or mix-up during production.
Safety & Housekeeping Follow all company safety rules and wear protective equipment.
Maintain cleanliness at workstations and equipment areas.
Immediately report accidents or unsafe conditions to the shift in-charge.
Documentation & Reporting Record daily production data and machine readings.
Assist in preparing production or shift reports.
Support line supervisors during audits or quality inspections.
Team Coordination Cooperate with team members to achieve production targets.
Assist in training new employees or apprentices.
Participate in improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria Male / Female both can apply
Must have relevant qualification and certificates
Willing to work in production unit under general shift
Candidates with Wiring Harness background preferred
Payment / Salary ITI Candidates: ₹16,000 per month
Diploma Candidates: ₹18,000 per month
For Experienced (Wiring Harness): Revised and higher payment as per experience & interview performance
Program Type NATS (Apprenticeship for Graduates/Diploma Holders)
NAPS (Apprenticeship for ITI Holders)
Learn & Earn Program
Qualification Required ITI (Any Trade)
Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile, etc.)
Graduation (B.Sc / B.Com / BA or equivalent)
Important Notes No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
No charges / fees are applicable for any company or any particular jobs.
