Job Description
Title Description
Production Operations
 Operate production machinery and equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor daily production output and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain high-quality standards in all production tasks.
Quality Control Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Report and document deviations to supervisors.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
 Perform minor machine maintenance and cleaning regularly.
Identify technical issues and report to the maintenance team promptly.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain production logs, attendance records, and other necessary documentation.
Communicate daily production data to supervisors efficiently.
Safety & Compliance Adhere to workplace safety protocols at all times.
Use protective equipment and ensure compliance with ESI & PF regulations.
Team Collaboration Work effectively within a team to meet production targets.
Support and guide junior operators when required.
Required Skills
Title Description
Technical Skills Knowledge of machinery operation and production processes.
Mechanical/Electrical Understanding Ability to handle basic technical issues.
Attention to Detail Ensure consistent product quality and detect defects.
Communication Skills Clear reporting and coordination with supervisors.
Adaptability Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Safety Awareness Follow ESI, PF, and safety protocols diligently.
Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Qualification ITI (Any Trade) → ₹18,000/- Gross Salary
Diploma (Any Trade) ₹19,000/- Gross Salary
Age Limit 18 – 28 Years
Gender Male Candidates Only
Experience Fresher & Experienced candidates eligible
Important Points
 Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
No charges / fees are applicable for any company or any particular jobs.
