Job Description
Title Description
CNC & Production Work
 Operate CNC machines under supervision
Assist in setting tools & fixtures
Support in batch production & assembly tasks
Quality & Inspection
 Conduct basic measurement checks (calipers, micrometer, gauges)
Record and report defects / rejections
Assist quality team in line inspection
Maintenance & Support
 Help in daily cleaning & maintenance of machines
Assist technicians in machine troubleshooting
Ensure material handling & storage is proper
Safety & Training
 Ensure safe handling of machines & tools
Participate in NAPS training modules for skill growth
Documentation & Reporting
 Maintain daily production logbook
Fill up training & skill progress sheets
Update supervisors with daily task completion
Required Skills

Technical Skills
 Basic knowledge of CNC programming & operations
Understanding of cutting tools, gauges & measuring instruments
Familiar with mechanical drawings & symbols
Knowledge of preventive maintenance of machines
Soft Skills
 Team coordination & ability to follow supervisor’s instructions
Good problem-solving skills
Positive learning attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel)
Safety & Compliance
 Understanding of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage
Ability to identify hazards in workplace
Follow ISO & company safety standards
Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Educational Qualification
 SSC (10th Pass) + CNC Course
OR ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist / Production trades)
OR Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
Gender
 Male / Female candidates can apply
Age 18 – 25 years (preferred)
Other Requirements
 Willingness to work in Talgaon, Pune
Medically fit for factory environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Important Points No PF and ESI Available.
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
No charges / fees are applicable for any company or any particular jobs.
Salary ITI Candidates: ₹17,000/- per month
Diploma Candidates: ₹19,000/- per month
