Job Description
Title Description
Performing Performing fitting and assembly tasks as per engineering drawings.
Handling Tools Handling tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Conducting Conducting routine checks and inspections for quality assurance.
Supporting Supporting senior technicians in installation and maintenance work.
safety Following company safety protocols and SOPs.
Maintaining Maintaining daily work records and reports.
Required Skills

Technical Knowledge Strong technical knowledge of fitting and assembly work.
Ability to Read Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic Knowledge Basic knowledge of machines, hand tools, and safety rules.
Fitness Physical fitness and ability to work in long shifts.
Teamwork Good teamwork and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification ITI Fitter (mandatory)
Gender Only male candidates are eligible
Experience Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Job Location Pune, Maharashtra
Commuting Facility Free company bus service covering routes:

• Bhosri
• Moshi
• Chikhali
• Moi
Salary Breakdown Stipend: 15000/- For 8 Hrs & 22500 /- For 12 Hrs
Important Notes No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
