Assist in admission form fill-up & documentation process

Coordinate with telecallers and counselors

Manage emails and basic office communication

Maintain daily attendance & fee records

Skills Required: Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel), accuracy, organization skills.
✔ TelecallerKey Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and explain courses

Follow up with leads for admission conversion

Maintain call records & lead database

Handle basic queries regarding courses, fees & schedules

Fix appointments for counseling

Skills Required: Good communication, convincing power, polite speaking skills.
✔ Career CounselorKey Responsibilities:

Guide students regarding Diploma, Polytechnic & skill courses

Explain admission process, eligibility & career opportunities

Counsel students & parents both offline and online

Help students select suitable career paths

Support in admission closing

Skills Required: Strong communication, confidence, knowledge about education sector.
✔ Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
Promote academy courses in local areas

School/college visit for student outreach

Handle offline marketing campaigns

Support social media promotions

Generate leads for admissions

Skills Required: Fieldwork readiness, communication skill, local area knowledge.
✔ HR AssistantKey Responsibilities:

Support recruitment & interview scheduling

Maintain employee records & attendance

Assist in staff coordination & communication

Handle joining formalities & documentation

Support management in office operations
