Job Description
Title Description
Production / Manufacturing Engineers handling assembly lines, machining, and manufacturing processes.
Quality Control / Assurance Technicians ensuring product quality, inspections, audits, and compliance.
Process Improvement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and efficiency improvement specialists.
Design & Development / R&D Roles in sensors, instrument clusters, fluid systems, and product development support.
Maintenance / Plant Operations Facility upkeep, machinery servicing, and smooth operations.
Supply Chain / Logistics Inventory management, procurement, vendor coordination, and distribution.
Support Functions HR, Safety, Environment, Administration, and general plant support.
Employee Ratings & Work Culture Feedback on workplace environment, career growth opportunities, and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills
Title Description
Required Skills Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Knowledge of CNC machines, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks (added advantage)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Teamwork and adaptability to industrial work culture
Salary / Stipend Diploma (Mechanical): ₹17,000 per month
B.Tech (Mechanical): ₹18,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Educational Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years full-time)
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (4 years full-time)
Age Limit Minimum 18 years (upper limit as per company norms)
Other Requirements Willingness to work in manufacturing, production, and quality departments
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Strong fundamentals in Mechanical subjects
Important Points
 No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
