Salary Details (Monthly – Approx.)	✨ 10th Pass / 12th Pass Candidates Fresher: ₹16,500 1 Year Completed: ₹18,150 2 Years Completed: ₹19,965 ✨ Graduate Candidates Fresher: ₹17,000 + ₹1,000 Bonus = ₹18,000 1 Year Completed: ₹18,700 + ₹1,000 Bonus = ₹19,700 2 Years Completed: ₹20,570 + ₹1,000 Bonus = ₹21,570 ✨ ITI Candidates Fresher: ₹18,500 + ₹1,000 Bonus = ₹19,500 1 Year Completed: ₹19,500 + ₹1,000 Bonus = ₹20,500 2 Years Completed: ₹21,000 + ₹1,000 Bonus = ₹22,000
📌 Bonus Eligibility Condition	👉 ₹1,000 monthly bonus will be provided only if: Minimum 26 working days are completed in a month ✅ ❌ If attendance is less than 26 days, bonus will NOT be applicable for that month
