Job Description
Title Description
Production Supervision Monitor and oversee the production process on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations.
Machine Handling Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of production machinery.
Target Achievement Ensure production goals and daily targets are met within deadlines.
Technical Troubleshooting Identify, analyze, and resolve machinery-related technical issues promptly.
Quality Assurance Support quality checks and maintain high product standards as per company guidelines.
Productivity Optimization Collaborate with senior engineers to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Documentation Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and necessary documentation.
Cross-Department Coordination Work with other departments to ensure uninterrupted workflow and smooth production.
Required Skills

Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of production, manufacturing processes, and industrial workflows.
Mechanical/Electrical Skills Familiarity with systems, equipment handling, and troubleshooting.
Drawing Interpretation Ability to read, understand, and implement technical drawings.
Problem-Solving Ability Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Communication & Teamwork Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment.
Adaptability Willingness to work in a factory environment and handle shift duties.
Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Educational Qualification Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Gender Only Male Candidates are eligible
Experience Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Age Limit As per company norms
Documents Required Original academic certificates, valid ID proof, and recent passport-size photographs

Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
