Job Responsibilities	Assist in day-to-day production operations as per company standards. Operate and monitor machines used in cable manufacturing. Perform basic checks to ensure product quality and process accuracy. Follow safety rules, SOPs, and shop-floor discipline strictly. Support senior technicians and supervisors during production activities. Maintain cleanliness, 5S standards, and proper housekeeping in the work area. Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the concerned supervisor.

Age Limit	As per company norms (generally up to 28 years preferred)
Experience	Freshers are welcome Experience in production/manufacturing is an added advantage
Other	Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
Salary Details (Stipend)	Diploma: ₹18,500 /- per month BE: ₹21,000 /- per month
