Job Description
Title Description
Assist Assist in the production process of automotive transmission systems.
Operate Operate machinery and equipment under supervision.
Safety Follow safety and quality protocols.
Coordination Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.
Maintain cleanliness Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
Production Prepare daily production reports as per guidelines.
Required Skills
Title Description
Basic Knowledge Knowledge of basic mechanical engineering principles.
Production Ability to operate and maintain production machines.
Basic Understanding
 Basic understanding of quality checks and measurements.
Teamwork Good teamwork and communication skills.
Others Willingness to work in a factory environment
Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Educational Qualification B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Experience Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience)
Age Limit As per company norms (generally 18+ years)
Gender Male candidates only
Other Requirements Willingness to work in Production Department
Physically fit for factory/production work
Ability to relocate or travel daily to Shirval (bus facility provided)
Must be ready to join under the NAPS Apprenticeship Scheme
Important Points
 No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
