Job Description
Title Description
Assist Assist in daily operations within production, packaging, or maintenance departments.
Monitor Machine Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
Support Quality Support quality control processes by conducting routine checks and reporting results.
Safety Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Participate Actively Participate actively in on-the-job training sessions provided by the company.
Accurate Accurately document operational data and maintain proper records as required.
Learn and Adapt Learn and adapt to new machinery, technology, and company-specific workflows.
Required Skills

Good Communication Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic Knowledge Basic knowledge of machines and tools used in production or packaging.

Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
