Job Description
TitleDescription
Data Entry & Record ManagementEnter, update, and maintain accurate digital records in hospital databases and management systems.
Handle patient details, billing data, reports, and administrative documents with confidentiality.
Ensure timely and error-free data input for all operational activities.
Documentation & Office SupportPrepare letters, reports, and spreadsheets as per departmental requirements.
Assist in managing office files, correspondence, and document archiving.
Support daily administrative tasks and coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
System & Software HandlingOperate computer systems efficiently, using hospital software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Perform basic troubleshooting for computer hardware, printers, and network connections.
Assist in generating digital reports, invoices, and schedules.
Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with IT, HR, and administrative departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle email communications, scheduling, and documentation for meetings or reports.
Support digital operations and online data transfer tasks when required.
Compliance & ConfidentialityMaintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and administrative information.
Follow organizational protocols for data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Required Skills

Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printing, and networking.
Familiarity with email handling, digital documentation, and file organization.
Ability to use hospital management software (HMS) or other digital record systems.

Eligibility Criteria
TitleDescription
Educational QualificationMinimum 10+2 or Graduation in any stream (preferably with Computer Training / Diploma in Computer Applications).
Experience1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Office Assistant in any reputed organization.
Preferred BackgroundExperience in hospital, educational, or IT-based environments will be an added advantage.
