IT Hardware Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades for all company devices.
Resolve hardware faults and ensure minimal downtime for end-users.
Networking Support
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks across regional offices.
Monitor network performance and implement solutions to improve connectivity.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
Technical Assistance
Provide prompt support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in troubleshooting operating systems, software applications, and security configurations.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or on-site visits.
System Installation & Maintenance
Install operating systems, software applications, and necessary updates on all devices.
Ensure antivirus, security patches, and backups are properly managed and up-to-date.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of all technical issues, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
Generate reports on recurring issues, system performance, and support tickets.
Collaboration & Training
Work closely with regional IT teams to coordinate system upgrades and deployments.
Provide basic training to staff on IT best practices, security, and software usage.
IT Compliance & Security
Ensure adherence to company IT policies, data security standards, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and report potential security risks or breaches promptly.
Project Support
Assist in IT projects such as system rollouts, network expansions, and hardware replacements.
Provide technical input for evaluating new hardware or software solutions.

Hardware Skills
Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Knowledge of motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, and peripheral components.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades efficiently.
Networking Skills
Understanding of LAN/WAN network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with routers, switches, modems, and firewalls.
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and basic network security practices.
Software & Operating Systems
Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Experience with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting software issues.
Knowledge of antivirus deployment, patch management, and system security.
Technical Troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills to minimize downtime for end-users.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs of technical issues, resolutions, and inventory of IT assets.
Ability to generate reports on recurring issues and system performance.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills to assist end-users effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with regional IT teams and staff across multiple locations.
Time Management & Prioritization
Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously.
Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet service-level expectations.
Basic IT Security Awareness
Awareness of company IT policies and data security protocols.
Ability to monitor for potential security risks and escalate when necessary.

Any Degree in IT Stream
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
3-year Diploma (ECE, IT) from Polytechnic College
1-year Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking from an IT-based Educational Institution
Experience
Minimum 3 months of hands-on experience in IT Hardware and Networking
